My approach is very relational. I draw from psychodynamic, family systems, & attachment theories. I focus less on sickness, instead creating space for you to explore & understand your past, make changes in the present, & pursue the future you want.

I specialize in working with people who:

I am happy to work with a spectrum of clients, however, I am most passionate about working with clients at the intersection of sexuality and spirituality – especially LGBT+ people and those who are processing and healing from religious trauma.

I became a therapist because:

I was a chubby gay kid from a religious family with few safe spaces and now I want to offer a safe space to others. No one should have to walk alone.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I work with a great group of folks who are passionate about men’s well-being, and having a great view from my cozy office makes it even better

My goal is to help you live a healthy and fulfilling life, grow and heal at your pace, and give you the freedom and tools to live your life on your terms. My job isn’t to tell you how to live your life but to help you decide that for yourself.
