My approach is person-centered, educational, and about empowering my clients to have lasting progress. My goal is not to tell you what is the right way to live, my goal is to help you find what works for you.

Together we will learn new ways of overcoming where you are stuck, and give you the confidence to have the life you have always wanted to live. We will heal old pain and set new, achievable, goals.

My clients describe me as compassionate, non-judgemental, down to earth, and someone who brings new tools to the table.

Struggle with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, disordered eating, stress/burnout, family relationships, and overall those who feel stuck and unable to achieve the goals they want.

I know what it can feel like having the past or the present make you feel like you are in chains and unable to have the life you dream of.

Life without pain is not possible, but you can life a life without suffering. You can be in a place where you are able to make the hard decisions to get to where you want to be, and you are not alone in that journey!
