I foster a safe, warm, and engaging therapeutic space to help you explore the concerns that are bringing you to therapy.
I employ an integrative approach to therapy, including techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). I also provide EMDR for trauma and other concerns.
I firmly believe in the healing power of human connection and support clients in increasing emotional honesty their relationships. Further, I help clients explore the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors keeping them "stuck" in unhelpful patterns.
I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, perfectionism, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, and academic distress.
I am a doctoral-level clinician and postdoctoral fellow at Denver DBT & Psychotherapy. I have been providing clinical services for more than 4 years.
