I’m not a blank-slate therapist. I’m warm, curious, playful, and actively engaged in the work with you. I blend mindfulness, somatic and parts-based work with practical tools and genuine conversation—always trusting that you are the expert on you, while helping you see what can be hard to see from the inside.

Get curious about the patterns that keep you stuck, understand where they came from, and experiment with new ways of being rather than simply talking about them. We’ll make room for complexity, contradiction, humor, and the occasional uncomfortable truth as you build a life and relationships that feel more intentionally yours.

Warm, playful, open-minded, and refreshingly real. I’ve often heard some version of, “I’ve never told a therapist this before,” or “I don’t have to explain this to you.” My clients know I’ll meet the messy, unconventional, awkward, or shadowy parts of being human with curiosity rather than judgment.

Are self-aware, curious, and ready to go deeper—but keep bumping into patterns insight alone hasn’t changed. Many of my clients are queer, neurodivergent, non-monogamous, kinky, or questioning the assumptions and expectations they’ve inherited about how they’re "supposed to" live, and want therapy that makes room for the complexity of who they are.
