I laugh and cry with my clients and I offer my clients evidence-based tools and interventions including; strength-based CBT, DBT, Narrative, Solution-focused therapies, Grief Tower Technique as well as the Gottman Method and EFT for Couples.

I specialize in working with people who:

I work with individuals and couples on a variety of issues. I also work with cross culture and/or highly mobile populations such as third-culture kids (TCKs), military, expat, and immigrant families.

I became a therapist because:

I love being a safe space for people to process their experiences and find health and healing again.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I'm the mother of four daughters and I've lived in five US States, 7 countries on 4 continents. I know how mobility can impact mental health.
