I approach therapy through a warm, genuine, and curiosity filled lens.
I take a strengths-based and holistic approach that will explore empowerment, social support, cultural upbringing, personal values, core beliefs, dysfunctional assumptions, and emotional processing.
Together we will work to find solutions that work best for YOU. You are the expert in your own story. My goal is to promote a safe, non-judgmental environment in which you will feel heard and supported as we work towards achieving your goals.
My experience has been working with adolescents and adults on topics concerning Sexual Assault, LQBTQIA+ Identity Exploration, Relationship Issues, and Substance Use.
I have a deep desire to help others discover who they want to be as well as to reduce the stigma around mental health.
