Something to know about my approach is:
I am trained in EMDR, which I have found to be an amazing tool to help people process their trauma. My therapy sessions begin with talk therapy and then can move on to EMDR as we establish a safe space for healing.
Together, we will:
use a combination of talk therapy and EMDR. Talk therapy in my practice includes trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, guided imagery, and meditation and grounding techniques.

may feel alone, have a lot of negative self-talk, feel like you don't belong, and might be having trouble navigating your life as those old coping skills are causing disruptions in your relationships, work life, or role as a parent.
