Q&A
Therapy can look a lot of different ways and I want to walk alongside you in your healing journey.
I take a collaborative approach to therapy using a Person Centered lens. I also pull techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Narrative therapy.
Together we will work to set helpful and attainable goals specific to your situation. We will spend time getting to know each other, processing thoughts and emotions, learning tools, and practicing coping skills to help reach our goals.
I specialize in working with people on issues related to trauma, anxiety, depression, relationships, and life transitions.
I became a therapist because I've seen the difference therapy can make and I want to provide that space for individuals.
I offer therapy in a wonderful collaborative space with many clinicians specializing in various areas. Please reach out and we can get you connected.
