I am a level 1 IFS trained therapist from the IFS Institute. I am passionate about this modality and have seen so much progress with clients while utilizing it. I am passionate about staying up to date in the field through continuing education.

I became a therapist because:

I decided to become a therapist in 6th grade, yep, you read that right! I have always loved connecting with people through hearing about their journey
