I specialize in working with people who:

Are black sheep & misfits, the socially awkward, the rebels, and the ones who refuse to fit into a box. I offer Somatic and Nature-based Trauma therapy for Individuals in Colorado, with a focus on LGBTQIA+ and marginalized communities.

I became a therapist because:

LGBTQIA+ folks & other marginalized people deserve culturally responsive trauma therapy and mental health care.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer in-person therapy in the outdoors. As a trained wilderness therapist, I am able to incorporate the natural world in our work together!
