ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS

Together, we will:
I feel that every client presents a unique and fascinating story in need of unraveling to bring the unconscious conscious and resolve pain. Above all else, our ability to connect is critical to therapeutic improvement. LBGTQIA affirming.
I specialize in working with people who:
I particularly enjoy working with individuals with OCD and anxiety, as well as couples and kids.
I became a therapist because:
Therapy has been critical for me in changing unhealthy patterns. I hope to offer the same for others.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
As a former therapist at the VA, I'm also trained in trauma.
More about me and my practice:
I take a solutions-based approach to many of my sessions so that change can occur fairly quickly. In addition to solutions-based brief therapy, I also use cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy.
