Something to know about my approach is:

I tailor approaches based on what my client and I believe they will benefit most from. Sometimes we may focus on maladaptive beliefs, while other times we may explore experiences that have been joyous.

Together, we will:

explore what it means to live a healthier, more fulfilling life. We will work on processing topics that have become heavy and practice coping skills to prevent future events from becoming burdensome. Our goal is healing and peace.

I became a therapist because:

I felt misunderstood and alone. I want to be an advocate and a supporter to those who are feeling lost and hurt.
