I specialize with people who have difficulties with expressing their emotions, either explosive or avoidance. Helping those to be socially appropriate and becoming a better communicator, healthy attachment styles. Understanding healthy love.

I became a therapist because:

I have lived experience. I related to many client's issues and able to validate and understand them better than they expected.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

Since Covid, I learned that telehealth is effective and convenient way to delivery therapy to more client's than what's local.

More about me and my practice:

I enjoy assisting my client's resolve their issues. The goals for counseling are what the client says they are, we stick to a treatment that produces outcomes. It is important to me that my clients have a good experience through trust and safety.
