About Me:

  • My clients describe me as:

action-oriented and accepting. My goal is to help you truly understand yourself and your brain.

  • Something to know about my approach is:

I am committed to helping people find their path and take action to move forward in their lives. Therapy is a place where we can learn how to get “unstuck” and counter the worries that create doubt and uncertainty in ourselves.

  • Together, we will:

Identify and understand your personal strengths and use those skills to help you feel ready to make changes and take action. In a supportive space, we will get to know who you are, what your values are, and how your brain works.

  • I specialize in working with people who:

are ready to start figuring themselves out. Whether it is related to frequent and disruptive worries, difficulties with focusing on tasks, or stress related to life changes, we will work to understand challenges and create new effective coping skills

  • I became a therapist because:

I enjoy helping others fully embrace who they are and feel proud of the strengths they possess.

  • More about me and my practice:

I am a fully online/virtual therapy practice and provide all of my sessions via Google Meet video. I find online therapy offers more convenience to clients and allows them to be comfortable in their own home/personal space.
