My hope is to offer a space of belonging and healing for those that feel lost, disconnected, and brokenhearted. In a seemingly connected world never have I seen such a pandemic of loneliness and disconnection. My approach is to help you break patterns by offering safety, curiosity, honesty, humor, and compassion.

I have experience in treating anxiety disorders, depression, trauma related disorders, addiction, attachment issues, OCD, adjustment/life transitions, grief, and relationship issues. Together we will explore your story, the narratives you have come to believe, and the patterns you find yourself repeating.

I also offer a Christian faith-based approach for those that want to explore their spiritual life or have experienced religious trauma. After 20 years in the mental health field I have seen from experience that “if you change nothing, nothing changes.”
