I'm a cognitive behavioral therapist by training, but integrate my approach with Acceptance and Commitment therapy, mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and other approaches to best meet the needs of my clients.

explore the challenges you're experiencing in your life, identify your strengths and what's working for you, while developing skills and tools to help you manage what's not working.
