I have specialty training in depression, anxiety, and stress and am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), the gold-standard treatment for insomnia. I also enjoy using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

I enjoy helping people who are struggling with symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression. I also specialize in CBT for Insomnia, a treatment that helps you learn how to respond to insomnia in a more workable way and get back to living your life.

I love helping people figure out their "puzzle" - not just what pieces we're working with, but also what might be missing from the picture.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I only offer video teletherapy at this time to maximize convenience and flexibility for my clients from anywhere in the state of Colorado.

Born and raised on an alpaca farm in North Dakota, I’ve always enjoyed the outdoors and fell in love with the mountains of Colorado during graduate school. Since then, I’ve worked across the country and have helped people from all walks of life!
