About Me:

  • My clients describe me as:

Authentic, interactive, and empowering. Clients have told me I'm present, attuned, and help them move forward.

  • Something to know about my approach is:

My approach is pragmatic and compassionate. I want you to leave a session with something new meaning perspective, things to try, or a different way of seeing yourself. I also use EMDR and a somatic approach to help you connect your mind and body.

  • Together, we will:

Increase your self awareness, patterns in your life, and how you are relating to yourself and others. We will work together to let go of stress, anxiety, the past, to heal and move forward.

  • I specialize in working with people who:

are adults that identify as queer, have social anxiety, and are recovering from trauma. I love working with people pleasers and perfectionists.

  • I became a therapist because:

I have a deep belief that if we relate to ourselves better, we relate to others better, and can create positive change in the world.

  • Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer teletherapy, which provides the safety of being in your own home. I have chickens and you may hear them from time to time.

  • More about me and my practice:

Being a therapist is an honor and I love getting to be part of people's healing. Let's create the space you deserve to figure out what's next. I offer a free 15 minute phone call so we can both make sure this is a great fit.
