are facing a life adjustment, anxiety, trauma, chronic illness such as but not limited to cancer diagnosis, life after treatment, and end-of-life as well as, supporting caregivers through their personal experience.

I became a therapist because:

Throughout life I have found passion in helping others and being a place of support. It is an honor to hold space with you on this journey.

I offer all sessions virtually! Que the... "Heck Yes!" This allows for flexibility in your life. If local I also offer Walk & Talk Therapy.
