I operate from a feminist, relational-cultural lens in order to view clients within the context of their lives and with respect for the unique identities they carry. My goal is to support you in feeling safe to experience your emotions and notice what's happening in your body. A session with me may involve guided meditation, breathwork and body scanning.

I am sex, kink and non-monogamy positive. My work is informed by my lived experiences as an ex-evangelical, queer woman.
