I’m a licensed social worker who has lived and worked in many countries, passionate about supporting diverse individuals through trauma, burnout, life transitions, or whatever challenges life brings. Outside of work, I love the outdoors, climbing, running, cats, and exploring, bringing curiosity, compassion, and presence to both life and therapy.
