I specialize in working with people who:

I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing worry, shame and anxiety by connecting with your authentic self. I coach couples in building communication and parenting skills, and reigniting passion. I also work with grief/bereavement.

I became a therapist because:

I have experienced the supportive relationship in counseling as transformative in my own healing of trauma and heartache.
