I specialize in working with people who:

are athletes, coaches, and affiliated personnel. I have a unique look into the athlete's world and a background in the sport space. Brainspotting is a modality I use and have seen amazing results with clients in their processing.

I became a therapist because:

I wanted to serve athletes and coaches in mental health and mental performance. Athletes are people first and they deserve access like everyone else.
