Telehealth: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays. Book online directly from my website!
My clients describe me as:
Non-judgmental, easy to talk with, creative and compassionate. I also like to have fun and bring humor into the sessions when it's appropriate.
Something to know about my approach is:
My approach is a holistic and interactive approach based on a blend of gestalt, attachment, trauma informed, system theory and experiential therapies. I meet clients where they are and help them move through their blocks when appropriate.
Together, we will:
help you gain a greater sense of self awareness, self compassion and purpose in life. We will explore and focus on the underlying causes of present day issues that can lead to genuine healing. We won't just manage symptoms.
I specialize in working with people who:
have been through a traumatic experience, who want support in their navigating their relationships, creating healthy boundaries, working through anxiety and/or depression, and those wanting to develop a greater sense of self esteem and self worth.
I became a therapist because:
I want to be a light in the world and help others reach their highest potential for themselves, their relationships and their careers.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I currently offer virtual sessions and in-person sessions in nature at a barn with or without horses.
More about me and my practice:
I offer telehealth, in person and group sessions. Self-pay, Out of Network insurance, and Medicaid (Colorado Access, CCHA & RMHP only) for telehealth psychotherapy. Equine partnered therapy and relationship coaching is also offered as self pay.
