As a somatic (body-mind) therapist, I will always incorporate the body's experience into our work somehow, whether through nervous system regulation, somatic awareness exercises, guided breath, intuitive movement, self-touch, or contact with nature.
Shine a soft light on places you have distanced yourself from in order to protect or sustain function, rewire unhelpful patterns that are no longer serving you, & build self-compassion while also empowering you to take action where you desire change.

My goal is not to push you into healing, nor to sit quietly in the corner without providing any feedback or attunement to what’s coming through for you. As a therapist I serve many roles, but I know that you are the expert of your own experience.
