About Me:

  • My clients describe me as:

Warm, transparent and genuine. I focus on creating a trusting relationship and the safety for you to explore how you view yourself and the world.

  • Something to know about my approach is:

Throughout our work together, I will focus on your strengths and inherent resilience. I am here to empower and support you as you clarify your own identity and increase your ability to engage in fulfilling relationships.

  • Together, we will:

As we form a counseling relationship, we will explore your core beliefs about yourself, others and how those beliefs impact your current actions. I will support you in identifying/communicating your emotions, values-based choices and self-acceptance.

  • I specialize in working with people who:

Are struggling with anxiousness, disconnection or recurrent thoughts of trauma. My core experience is in serving teens, adults and families experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, loss, and the transitions of life.

  • I became a therapist because:

I became a counselor to connect with people and make a positive impact on the world. I believe that my clients are the experts on their own lives.

  • More about me and my practice:

I believe that reaching out for support is a courageous choice and I look forward to providing the space for you to grow and work toward change. I see clients though Center for Valued Living and am supervised by Dr. Lisa Griffiths, PsyD (3615).
