I became a therapist because:
It has been my life-long desire to help others. I have personal experience with anxiety so I know firsthand how therapy can be of enormous benefit.

I offer therapy in my warm and inviting home office as well as out in nature walking or hiking.

I have experience in counseling, wellness, nutrition and life coaching as well as mindfulness such as meditation and yoga. I have my masters degree in Psychological Counseling. I believe that my diverse training sets me apart.
