I am available Monday - Thursday and offer morning, afternoon, and some evening appointments.
My clients describe me as:
approachable, compassionate, and helpful. No matter what you walk into my space with, you are welcome and you will be heard.
Something to know about my approach is:
I have a very straight-forward approach that is balanced with empathy and compassion. I am passionate about trauma work and as such I've pursued a great deal of training to specialize in that area. My primary goal is to help you find healing!
Together, we will:
assess any traumatic experiences you may have had and how they impact your current functioning, give you a space to process even the darkest moments of your life, help you discover your own capacity for healing, and teach you healthy coping skills.
I specialize in working with people who:
have experienced any level of trauma. I particularly enjoy working with complex trauma, domestic violence survivors/victims, and adolescents. I have experience with individuals, couples, and groups.
I became a therapist because:
I too have a trauma history and love helping people. I experienced grief/loss at the age of 18 and I'm also a domestic abuse survivor.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
my office has a "home-like" feel and is in a beautiful community. I want you to feel safe and comfortable when you enter my space.
More about me and my practice:
I truly love what I do and enjoy the journey I get to take with each client. I have a whole-person focus in mind so I am happy to connect with your physician and I'm working toward a nutrition degree so I can integrate that too. You are my priority!
