More about me and my practice:
Fun fact about my name: "Wejdan" means feelings in Arabic. My practice name is "Af Idah" is also Arabic inspired by the Holy Quran reference to the mind and heart as "Af'dah." Therapy helped me to connect my heart, mind, and body.
