I love to use an IFS-informed approach, working with clients to help them access their core Self and introduce that Self to their various, hard-working, and good-intentioned parts (anxiety, depression, perfectionism, inner critic, caregiver, etc.)

Delve into the motivations behind certain behaviors - wanted and unwanted - driving you in your daily life. We will explore new coping skills and ways to process troubling thoughts, feelings, and emotions in healthy ways to bring you internal peace.

Have experienced trauma in their life, whether one-time, simple trauma or ongoing, complex trauma. I also enjoy working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
