I like to have a series of conversations. I look at therapy as many conversations about things going on in my clients' lives and ways to better whatever the situation is.

Build rapport and work out ways to better whatever situation you bring to the therapeutic relationship. We can build coping strategies for you to take with you after therapy ends.

I became a therapist because:

I have always loved to talk to people and help them get through things when I can.
