everyone is different. We will work on your treatment with your unique experiences and goals in mind. I utilize various evidenced-based approaches including CBT and DBT skills, mindfulness strategies and creative arts activities.
Together, we will:
figure out your treatment goals and develop an individualized plan for achieving them, drawing on your strengths and support system. If you're comfortable, I encourage you to include family and other sources of support in treatment.
I specialize in working with people who:
are struggling with a wide variety of life situations and mental health needs including depression and anxiety. Individuals with chronic health issues and other stressors. I enjoy working with families, as well as individuals on the autism spectrum.
