About Me:

  • My clients describe me as:

My style of therapy is welcoming, warm and supportive. I firmly believe in respecting where everyone is at in life and treating everyone with love.

  • Something to know about my approach is:

A safe space is what I want to cultivate for all clients. I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based Therapy and Emotional Freedom Technique.

  • Together, we will:

My goal is to help you explore the core limiting beliefs formed by trauma, change those negative thought patterns that cause anxiety, and help you align with your most authentic self.

  • I specialize in working with people who:

I specialize in helping my clients identify and get rid of burnout, while embracing their true self. I love working with LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC folx of all walks of life currently trying to navigate adulthood and all of the shit after college and career.

  • I became a therapist because:

My dedication stems from my personal experiences seeing family and friends struggle with mental health all alone and personally experiencing burnout.

  • More about me and my practice:

In my free time, I indulge in nature, meditation, camping, and watching a good movie. I consider myself a “foodie,” and enjoy cooking, traveling to new places and exploring new cultures.
