I specialize in Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP), an evidence-based approach that helps clients resolve unconscious emotional conflicts.

By identifying habitual defenses, regulating anxiety, and facilitating access to core emotional experiences, we will work together to foster lasting psychological and relational change.

As a clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience, I provide intensive psychotherapy for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and the emotional toll of persistent stress. I offer telehealth sessions to clients across the United States, as well as in-person appointments in Darien, Connecticut.

My qualifications include a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Syracuse University, an APA-accredited internship at the Albany Psychology Internship Consortium, and postdoctoral training in Manhattan.
