My approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from CBT, Gestalt, Solution-Focused, and Person-Centered practices. My style is personable, direct, warm, and compassionate. I strive to create a supportive space where you feel empowered, appropriately challenged, and supported in making meaningful change at your own pace.

Together, we will create a supportive and affirming space where you feel heard and understood. We will explore how life transitions, anxiety, trauma, and attachment patterns may be impacting your emotional well-being and relationships.

I became a therapist because I’m passionate about helping others grow, heal, and feel seen. I am especially committed to working with individuals from marginalized communities and addressing social justice issues, creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel empowered to explore and thrive.
