Something to know about my approach is:

You are the center of it all! I believe my clients found me because they wanted to work on something and I believe they are doing the best they can with what they have. I'm a tool here to help you learn something new and maybe do something new. :)

Build an understanding of what adds happiness to your life, recognition of behavior/thought patterns that don't serve you, enhanced connections with others/healthy relationships, care for your inner child/childhood wounds, and self-identity.

I specialize in working with people who:

Feel stuck or like life is passing them by. That could be someone struggling with depression, someone exploring gender identity/expression, or someone struggling within a relationship.

I became a therapist because:

I felt I had something to offer people. I keep doing it because connecting & creating a space for people to explore, grow, and be vulnerable matters!

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

It could be from anywhere! My virtual office allows me to follow my nomadic dreams. This in turn enhances my ability to relate to all kinds of people.
