My experience 10+ years in field has ranged from supporting partnerships in all stages Choosing to move forward to single life after separation, with or with out children or dependents, can be challenging. I am trauma informed.

How to learn from the past without letting it define us, how to communicate effectively with respect to self and others, how to allow the change we want in our lives, to identify realistic goals and work towards achieving them.
