I provide a brave, compassionate & nonjudgemental space for all. I am trauma-informed and trained in EMDR. I am deeply and genuinely curious about my clients. My therapy approach is highly individualized based on the needs/desires of the client(s).

I specialize in working with people who:

Are experiencing somatic symptoms from their anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship distress - or whatever may be causing symptoms. Somatic symptoms may include headaches, sleep problems, muscle tension, panic attacks, etc.

I became a therapist because:

After being a CPA for almost 10 years, I was burnt out. I wanted to help people, like really help people. Therapy saved me and now I want to give back

I will not tell you what you should or shouldn't be doing, but I will listen and validate. I am open to and encourage integrating any type of holistic practices into therapy (in my personal life I incorporate yoga, meditation, crystals, and tarot).
