I use CBT to help you identify negative thinking patterns which effect your mood. Over time, you'll develop new ways of thinking that will improve your outlook on life, and restore a sense of hope, mental clarity, and inner peace.

I specialize in working with people who:

I work with adults who struggle with anxiety, burnout, depression, neurodiversity, addictive behaviors, & LGBTQ+ issues. My personal and professional journey fuels my passion for supporting folks with unique life experiences and mental health issues.

I became a therapist because:

I've always had the ability to connect deeply with people and create an environment where they feel safe to explore their thoughts and feelings.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer online therapy on week nights which makes treatment much more accessible for individuals who work first shift or are students.

More about me and my practice:

I have a MA in Social Work and Public Health, and I am currently pursuing my PhD in Social Work at UCONN. In addition I take 15 hours of training every year on various mental health topics to ensure I'm utilizing evidence based methods in my work.
