Adults who do not like parts of themselves and hide/supress in order to be loved. Adults who have recently lost a loved one and need help to deal with the fog and the pain or have lost a loved one for sometime and feels stuck by the weight of grief.

I became a therapist to help others down a path that I benefitted from to overcome grief, depression, anxiety, and low self-worth.

I provide weekly video teletherapy to adults at least 18 who are looking to build a life that is no longer based on feelings.
