I work with people to identify the root cause of issues in order to minimize their symptoms. I believe we have more power than we realize and that greater fulfillment and happiness are always possible with personal development.

I enjoy working with young adults who have experience many life circumstances not limited to anxiety, depression, parenting, life transitions, family conflict, navigating life, and difficulties with self esteem. I am especially passionate about assisting women in their twenties.

My favorite thing in the world is connecting with people and assisting them with their healing processes.

I have a practice in the Plantsville section of Southington. I offer online and in person appointments.
