I offer therapy in person in both West Hartford and Windsor, CT. In West Hartford, I am near Blue Back. In Windsor, I am in the center of town.

I provide therapy for adult individuals and couples seeking a trauma-informed therapist. I help with relationships, whether trauma-related or not. I often cover topics such as boundaries, healthy confrontation, trust and narcissism in depth.
