we will discuss the onset of the presenting problem along with previous coping skills utilized to address the presenting problem. There forward, we develop a treatment plan listing your long-term and short-term goals to achieve those said concerns.
I specialize in working with people who:
are struggling to manage stressors, emotions, and life adjustments. I have a variety of experience in the field and have found that my areas of expertise are with teens and adults. I have a background in substance abuse counseling as well.
I became a therapist because:
I always had a drive to help people. I originally started in the medical field but I knew I wanted to help people in a deeper and personable way.
