Something to know about my approach is:

I utilize CBT, DBT, and am CPT trained. I am also a Certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator which helps me prepare couples for marriage. I try to provide a safe place for clients and meet them where they are.

Together, we will collaborate with one another and work on your strengths and help you reach happiness and satisfaction. We will also process current issues and discuss your attachment history and I will give you tools to use outside the therapy.
