I specialize in EMDR therapy. My role will be to make observations, ask questions, and listen genuinely. I will not tell you what to do. I can't. The journey is yours, but I will walk beside you until you feel ready to walk a new path on your own.

Learn to understand the different parts of who you are, and the reason behind your motivations in life. We will use EMDR to reduce your stress, relax your mind, heal your heart & focus your mind on the future you've always wanted.

have reached a point where they have tried it on their own, and they are ready to ask for some support in healing from their past. Many of my clients would consider themselves sensitive but also strong. They are successful but they yearn for peace.

I became a therapist because:

Therapy was normalized for me at a young age. I found benefit in it throughout my life, and saw the benefits it can have to support people.
