Something to know about my approach is:

I treat anxiety, self-esteem difficulties, and trauma with a mind/body approach and EMDR which is proven to help heal wounds caused by trauma and anxious thoughts. I often use a positive psychology approach in order to help build confidence up.

Work towards you falling in love with yourself and gain the confidence you have always wanted. We will also work on you having a future where the past no longer holds weight in your life and you can finally be happy when you never thought you could.

I specialize in working with people who:

Individuals who have experienced trauma, adult survivors of childhood trauma, those struggling with low self-esteem, and harrowing anxiety.

I became a therapist because:

I am an adult survivor of child abuse, struggled with anxiety, and self-esteem difficulties. I truly love helping my clients graduate from therapy.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I have a nice and spacious office. I play relaxing ocean waves and have calming scents during session. We also offer snacks and beverages.
