My clients describe me as:
validating, non-judgmental, collaborative, trauma-informed, identity-affirming, warm, authentic, and supportive.
Something to know about my approach is:
I am passionate about helping adults learn how to find meaning and empowerment in their lives and it is important to me that clients feel accepted, understood, and valued.
Together, we will:
seek deeper understanding of what is troubling you to better understand how to attain your therapeutic goals and effect change in your life.
I specialize in working with people who:
are struggling with issues connected to complex or developmental trauma, who are trying to figure out who they are internally and how that impacts their external relationships, and who are struggling with feeling hopeless because of insomnia.
I became a therapist because:
I love supporting others in taking control of their lives and being their wholly authentic selves.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I have extensive experience and comfort in working with complex trauma and identity development. I am working to expand my experience with insomnia.
More about me and my practice:
I believe that we are all inherently good, are the experts on ourselves, and have the ability to take control of our own lives. I work with clients to create and maintain stability in their lives so that they can continue to grow.
