I like the collaboration part of therapy where clients are very motivated to work towards their goals and me as their therapist will meet them where they are at to achieve those results. I use modalities like CBT, ACT, and Mindfulness.

Address everything from everyday life issues, to hard and at times overwhelming life transitions. We will also explore coping skills, confidence, and effective communication while practicing mindfulness and self care.

I specialize in working with people who:

I specialize in pregnancy/postpartum mental health, life transitions with young adults & women's mental health. Life transitions can bring excitement but can also bring up doubt, stress, loneliness, frustration and many other unexpected emotions.
