My approach is eclectic. We will have a conversation together about what is troubling you and I will respond with what I think will help you understand yourself and move forward free of the obstacles that brought you into therapy.

A person who comes to me for therapy is having problems related to their emotions (ie. anxiety, depression); relationships and self esteem issues and whose goal is to work in therapy on developing strategies to deal with these problems.

I specialize in working with people who:

I work with adults of all ages who are having difficulties in their life such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues. I also specialize in helping people who suffer with chronic pain.
