I work to provide efficient counseling. Efficiency can mean targeted approaches like EMDR or Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy or it can mean problem solving or finding insight or spending years overcoming the message that you are not good enough.

We will explore the current and past causes of the feelings, behaviors, and/or dynamics that you would like to change. We will find a balance of healing the wounds of the past and managing the stresses of the present.
