I work hard to provide the right therapy for each client. Sometimes the right therapy is targeted approaches like EMDR or Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy and sometimes it is more general talk therapy like problem solving or finding insight or talking through the counters to the negative messages you've received throughout your life.

We will explore the current and past causes of the feelings, behaviors, and/or dynamics that you would like to change. We will find a balance of managing the stresses of the present and healing the wounds of the past. We will keep working until you've reached your goals and found sustainable relief.

I have two primary specialties: working with people who have experienced trauma and working with couples who want to have a safe, loving, and supportive relationship.

I am a therapist because I love being a part of when my clients experience transformation that changes everything for them.
